Position: Head Start/Early Head Start Center Manager, Blackfoot, Idaho

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to lead our Head Start/Early Head Start Center in our Blackfoot location and ensure the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Training: Oversee staff at our Head Start/EHS Center(s), provide training, and ensure compliance with regulations and performance standards.
- Performance Management: Appraise employee performance, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans.
- Problem Solving: Address complaints, resolve problems, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Plan, review, and evaluate center activities to meet program policies and state/city licensing laws.
- Hands-On Support: Assist in center activities such as diapering, feeding, and food prep.
- Community Involvement: Coordinate parent meetings, staff meetings, and community outreach events.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; College/University Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in English, basic math, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication skills.
- Additional: Valid Idaho driver's license, reliable transportation, physical exam, TB screening, CPR, and First Aid certification.

- Competitive Salary: Starting wage of $23.06, plus potential to earn a 5% incentive based on performance goals.
