Responsibilities and Expectations
- Assesses patients' needs and identifies appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
- Works cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional occupational therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Orients staff and students and assumes the duties and responsibilities of the supervisor in the absence of that individual as qualified to do so.
What You Will Do
- Provides direct patient care services including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy interventions.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and communicates effectively with other healthcare team members.
