Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. It is also prefered to have a CDL Class B license to operate CDL Vehicles from time to time. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Operate CDL Class B Equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities
- Perform repairs on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects or tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with stick welding is a plus
- Knowledge of low voltage systems is desirable
