Position Summary
The College of Liberal Arts and sciences is seeking qualified candidates to teach as a full-time faculty Instructor of English. Salary based on degree and experience, paid on a credit hour basis
Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities:
- 4/4 teaching load with assignments in freshman composition
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
- An M.A. with at least 18 hours in English is required. An M.A. in English is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background in and experience in teaching composition.

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Working Conditions: Physical Demand and Working Conditions:
- Work is sedentary in nature that at times requires exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
