Eastern Point Collective is looking for a Pastry Cook to join our team in Capitol Hill. You’ll work directly with Pastry Chef Rochelle Cooper on all aspects of our pastry program—breads, laminated doughs, plated desserts, and more—across our three concepts: The Duck & The Peach, La Collina, and The Wells.

- At least 3 years of professional pastry experience
- Strong production skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes, manage time, and work independently
- Weekend availability is a must
- A team player who is positive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Execute daily pastry prep and service items for multiple concepts
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Collaborate on seasonal menu changes and new items
- Uphold kitchen standards and support the team culture
