What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concessions Attendant position at Eastern Sports Management?
The Mohawk Sports Complex is currently accepting applications for Concessions Attendant. The Concessions Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding guest service, receiving and processing payments, serving food and beverage items in a timely manner, as well as preparing and cooking food in a timely manner according to menu standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate cash register and Point of Sale (POS) System
- Engage with members and guests to include greeting customers
- Provide excellent service, build rapport with guests and respond quickly to requests
- Build rapport with members and guests
- Upsell food and beverage items
- Serve food and beverage items in a timely manner
- Open, close, clean, and maintain concessions areas
- Organize, stock and control inventory
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned by supervisory personnel (F&B Manager, Manager on Duty, etc.) and/or the General Manager.
