We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at busy Otolaryngology Practice, with three locations available for you to start your patient care from.
You should have the ability to initiate evaluations and treatments with minimal ongoing consultation with the supervising physician, as well as perform a wide variety of clinical procedures as directed. The position does require part-time first call with physician back-up.
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM

Job responsibilities that will be learned through our extensive training process includes:
- Performing flexible fiberoptic nasopharyngeal and laryngoscopy examinations
- Removal of nasal foreign bodies
- Evaluation and treatment of uncomplicated nasal infections, allergic rhinitis, epistaxis, and sinusitis
- Evaluation and treatment of pharyngitis, salivary gland infections
- Evaluation of hoarseness and dysphasia
- Evaluation of neck masses/lymph nodes with consultation
- Evaluation of thyroid masses and facial nerve paralysis
- Initiate requests for imaging studies, allergy testing, labs, etc.
- May order laboratory, diet, and medications as per protocol.
A minimum of 1-3 years ENT or Family Practice experience is preferred.
Travel between our locations in Suffolk and Virginia Beach is required.
