Responsibilities Include
- Assist new and returning students with onboarding, advising, and registration
- Generate and process Enrollment Verification Forms (EVFs)
- Communicate with high school counselors and administrators
- Help manage student records and electronic advising files
- Collect and track withdrawal forms
- Remove advising holds and update credit approvals
- Support outreach events like Welcome Day and Connect Day, and others as needed
