Able to work well independently with little to no supervision and with others and understands the importance of time management.
- Ability to confidently print/ sign and explain Retail Installment Contracts along with aftermarket warranties and products.
- Detail Orientated ability to Analyze, evaluate and understand company policies and procedures to ensure the department complies.
- Establish positive working relationships with other team members to reach common goals. Listen and respond appropriately and promptly to all Corporate emails.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and can adequately update and edit daily logs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with problems and utilize problem-solving capabilities.
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
