Easterseals is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance in the community to Adult individuals with intellectual disabilities in individual or group activities. This role is responsible for planning and implementing a daily schedule of participation to include employment and community activities.
As you build relationships with the people you support, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill that promotes independence in everyday life.
Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
- Must be able to work 40 hours/weekly - M-F (11:30AM to 7:30PM)
- Must be at least 21-years of age to drive company vehicles
- Driving record in good standing
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in a community setting
- Experience providing support to Adult individuals with disabilities
Preferred Skills:
- Associates Degree in Human Services
- Case management experience

The starting salary for this position is $17.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn more as experience and increased job responsibility is achieved.
