Position Opening – Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Easterseals is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who find fulfillment in working with young children with autism, to play a key role by joining our growing Applied Behavior Analysis Program in Sussex county. Support children and families to meet their developmental goals and play a major role in their achievements!
The role is to serve toddlers and young children in their home or child care, and our center. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel.
We are looking for full-time, part-time technicians. Full-time includes generous compensation package. You must be in process of or having completed your RBT certification 40-hour course. Email resume and cover letter to Alex Older at aolder@esdel.org.
Qualifications:
- Possess compassion for others and the desire to support children with autism
- High school diploma
- Driving record in good standing for community visits
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening
- Experience working with young children.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
- Completion of the 40 hour on-line Registered Behavior Technician course
- In process of or completion of Behavioral Technician certification
