Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in treating or working with a person who has an intellectual disability.
- Bachelor's degree in human services field.
- Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license. Must possess a valid driver’s license in the State of Michigan and proof of insurance
- Must possess a knowledge and understanding of autism.
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and monitoring of personalized treatment and support plans.
- Facilitate the "Person Centered Planning" process.
- Manage community living supports, encompassing residential, vocational, employment, and educational aspects.
- Evaluate individuals' progress towards goals.
- Provide tailored accommodations to enhance communication of needs and choices.
- Assist individuals and families in navigating and accessing community services and resources.
- Offer guidance in selecting and accessing health care providers.
- Foster efficient utilization of personal and public financial resources, including budgeting and funding access.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and significant family members, as appropriate, to ensure their input and service satisfaction.

Education
Required- Bachelors or better in Psychology or related field
- Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field
- Bachelors or better in Social Work or related field
