Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for mental health? At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Virginia REACH team designed to provide support to individuals in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) located in Culpeper, VA.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides medical support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting nursing assessments, providing health education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting individuals’ overall health and wellness.

- Part-Time: Tuesday - Thursday 3PM-11PM
- Part-Time: Friday & Saturday 7PM-7AM
- Part-Time: Tuesday - Thursday 11PM-7AM

To join our team, you must be able to provide care in a crisis group home, have a passion for helping others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license and car insurance. We also require the following:
- Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge of the MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
