Group Home Coordinator –
Easterseals Rehabilitation Center has created eight welcoming Group Homes to provide the best possible care for the individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that we are blessed to serve. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Provide excellent supervision of all client care, and exceptional leadership/direction to direct care staff and management.
- Oversee the coordination of client medical care and behavioral intervention.
- Coordinate with the administration on providing fiscal management, staffing, and personnel-related issues, as well as interdisciplinary team functions within the group homes.
- Have fun planning and participating in our client's favorite activities and going on outings in the community!
- Maintain availability to provide after-hours support within the Group Homes.
Additionally, you will support our management team and direct care staff by supervising the day-to-day operations within the two group homes you oversee, as well as assisting with client care. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO EASTERSEALS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and supervisory experience preferred.
- Strengths: Strong leadership skills, organized, cooperative, and communicative.
