Easton Country Day School is seeking an EEC Certified Preschool teacher to join our professional team of early childhood educators. Ideal candidates will be nurturing, professional and have experience planning developmentally appropriate curriculum. Teacher Responsibilities:
Supervising the wellbeing and safety of children
Maintaining a clean and safe classroom
Working with Directors and Co-Teachers to create an enriching curriculum
Observing play time and projects
Conducting classroom activities and daily projects
Upholding state and childcare center policies and procedures
Should be able to follow the direction of the directors and be a team player
Attend monthly staff meetings
Qualifications & Experience:
Teacher certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Must meet state requirements for education and experience
- Available to work 8:30-2:30 Monday through Friday (30 hours)
Preferred Requirements
- Related early childhood education/child development college course work
- Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's early childhood education/child development or related degree
- CPR and First Aid certified
- 12 months of professional teaching experience

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
