We are looking for a result-driven and proactive individual to join our team as a Performance Manager. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, a proven track record in outside sales, and the ability to create strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and grow business with current accounts.
  • Recruit and generate new business opportunities and establish relationships with automotive dealerships.
  • Actively promote and sell our automotive products, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and sales.
  • Ensure partnered dealership staff are properly trained on product knowledge and the presentation process of F&I product lines.
  • Ability to perform F&I manager duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot any internal dealer issues to improve overall dealership performance.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to potential and current clients.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners on new warranty products.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous Finance and/or Finance Manager experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
  • AFIP Certification
