Reports to the Director of Store Operations and manages the Warehouse team.Manages the Warehouse team: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, submits payroll and evaluatesManages warehouse stock, ensuring proper storage and safe, timely and cleanly retrieval and deliveryOrganizes stock systematically so it is accessible, identifiable, stored at proper temperature and countableMaintains store-wide inventory of collateral and suppliesCollects, organizes and sends documentation arriving with shipments to the Inventory Control (IC) AssociatePerforms cost management for all warehouse activities, including labor costs, supplies and utilitiesMaintains records of shipment loading and unloading, transfer of goods, etc.Coordinates the return of unsalable merchandise to suppliersPartners with Human Resources to manage uniformsStocks merchandise; receives, prepares, distributes and reorders internal ordersPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualifications3 years of retail stock or warehouse management experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailFinancial analysis skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeThe annual salary for this position ranges at $71,000 - $76,000 yearly annual performance & bonus in February 2027.
