Job description
Food Service Team Member – Part Time
We offer flexible hours across a variety of shifts, cross training in many departments, and on-the-job training.
The starting pay rate for this position is $15.72 / hour.
Whether you are a seasoned hospitality professional or new to the industry, we have shifts and schedules that will work for your busy life!
Daylight, Nights and Weekends available. Shifts will vary across many departments - barista, cooking, cash handling, cleaning, etc

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Accurately complete tasks as assigned.
2. Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
3. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
4. Follow side work schedule as provided by management.
5. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
6. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
7. Assist fellow associates at every opportunity.
8. Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
9. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity; including but not limited to restocking condiments, bottled and bagged beverages and paper products.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
