Job Description :
We are seeking Food Runner / Busser to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.
Assist with gettng water for his / her secton and Help run drinks.
Clean, maintain, and stock throughout the shift.
Polish cutlery and share plates and glasses.
Support the rest of the floor once your section is maintained.
Settng up tables with appropriate mis en place (napkins, chopsticks, soy dish, candles, etc
Clean, stock and maintain Food Runner stations throughout service.
Follows safety sanitaon rules and practices in accordance with health code standards.
Learn and maintain knowledge of all floor plans and table numbers.
Performs other dues as assigned by supervisor / manager.
Essential Skills :
Ability to work in a team environment and must be a team player.
Ability to work calmly, quickly and effecvely under pressure.
Ability to multask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take direcon, understand and follow written and verbal instructons.
