Job Description :
We are seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Catering Coordinator provides clerical / secretarial and administrative support for the Catering Team of the Meetings & Special Events Department and its managers. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to typing, computer input, filing, answering telephones, printing reports, copying, creating and distributing BEOs and resumes, merging contracts, reporting, managing inhouse events, and overall communication for the department to the resort.
This position is an AM position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays, if needed. We have a full-time position available.
Work Schedule Needed : Monday - Friday | 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. | Some Saturdays will be required
