We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with specific experience in the food service industry, to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with food service establishments within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven outside sales and B2B experience, preferably with a background in food distribution, restaurants, or other food-related businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop New Accounts: Identify and build new relationships with food service establishments in your area, including restaurants, food trucks, and food production facilities. (Knowledge of the food service industry and existing relationships in this space is a strong plus.)
- Client Visits: Conduct in-person visits to prospective clients to present our services and explain how we can support their operations.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach out to food service managers, restaurant owners, and decision-makers to discuss the benefits of our used cooking oil collection and recycling services.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring efficient tracking of progress and meeting sales targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Successfully negotiate terms, close deals, and establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with new clients.
- Client Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements (Must Have):
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Outside Sales or B2B sales experience—preferably in the food service industry. Experience working with food distributors, restaurants, or other commercial kitchen operations is strongly preferred.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation (a personal vehicle) for client visits. Gas allowance paid weekly.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers.
- Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with the area or other parts of Georgia is highly beneficial.
