As a Risk Policy Implementation Specialist your responsibilities will be to support the business through a wide range of daily operational processes. You’ll be part of a team that works to implement, build, and improve the processes that get risky users referred and actioned as quickly and accurately as possible, with a goal to minimize fraud visibility, fraud conversion, fraud loss, and claims. We partner with Risk Policy functional owners to understand their policy and what results they wish to achieve. We then partner closely with GCX, CS Tech, and IFD teams to operationalize these policies and put them into execution. We also act as a bridge between Risk Policy and our GCX partners, helping to ensure GCX is prepared for any new policy changes or additions, and we are the critical issue point for problem-solving automation or referral volume issues.

We need:
- A subject matter expert. Your knowledge of eBay’s Risk policies and processes is well-rounded. Having a good understanding of internal systems such as IFD, Agent Desktop, and eLVIS will also be very helpful.
- Someone who enjoys getting into the weeds on how things work and the processes that drive them. Someone who understands and enjoys Business Process Management and is familiar with understanding and creating business / process flow charts.
- Someone who takes pride and responsibility in their work. You not only implement great work, but you are also consistent, and you monitor results closely to ensure it continues to perform.

- Technical proficiency. You have some basic SQL, Excel, Tableau or other data visualization experience.
- You have a degree and/or three years relevant work experience in a related field (Risk Management, Qualitative Analysis, Risk Operations)
