Responsibilities/Job Description:
The Campus Director of Nursing ensures the quality of resident care, services, and outcomes. Integrates nursing functions with other disciplines to ensure a team approach to the holistic care of the residents that is consistent with the Ebenezer philosophy. Responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of the provision of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. Has a strategic approach to maintaining standards within Ebenezer. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of nursing operations and care.

- Ensure the quality and clinical compliance of nursing care for resident
- Provide ongoing leadership, and oversite of the nursing department Assists with Hiring of Nursing staff
- Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
- Support relationships between nursing and medical staff
- Stays current regarding long-term care trends and state/federal regulations
- Represents Ebenezer Society to the external community
- Support relationship between vendors and the nursing department
- Current MN RN licensure
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree: BSN
- Current CPR certification
- Preference given to those with Certified Gerontogical Nursing license
- Three to five years previous experience including: Long Term Care and Transitional Care with supervisory experience, Medicare and MN Case Mix Reimbursement preferred
