What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Aide position at Ebenezer?
We are seeking a Laundry Aide to support our adult residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN! This position is responsible for processing all house linen and personal clothing and delivering to the floor. This position also processes all vendor linen, including stocking exchange carts and checking inventory.
This position schedule includes;
- 60 hours in two weeks
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

- Processes laundry and monitors equipment
- Fills and empties washer and dryer
- Follows washer and dryer instructions
- Maintains sorting system
- Folds and sorts all clean linen
- Delivers linen to resident care areas
- Labels items appropriately
- Reports equipment malfunctions
- Seaches for missing laundry items
- Delivers items to the appropriate floor
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of experience
