We are looking for a Lead Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community in Hermantown, MN.
This full-time nutrition services schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Day/evening shifts
- Weekends & holiday's as needed

- Promotes and encourages positive tenant/resident relations and satisfaction
- Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants
- Acts as Lead for Dining Staff
- Supports Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
- Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
Required:
- 0-1 year experience
Other Required Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years previous experience
