We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Senior Cooperative in Edina, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the Director of Property Maintenance, for the overall maintenance of the building. Acts as Lead for other Maintenance staff in absence of Director. The position is also responsible for managing the Work Order System. This maintenance schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, day shifts
- No Weekends!

Required:
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- Three to five years of previous experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
- Bobcat operator Certification with Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- Five to ten years of previous experience
Salary : $25 - $33
