The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care /Assisted Living regulations and follows established policies and procedures. Supported by a Director of Health Services RN, RN's, Executive Director, Resident Assistants and other interdisciplinary team members. Located at The Pillars of Prospect Park in Minneapolis, MN.
The nursing schedule includes;
- 64 Hours Per Pay Period
- Evening shift hours, extra evening shift pay
- One weekend per month and some holiday rotations

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
Qualifications
Required:
- MN LPN licensure by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
Salary : $29 - $37
