Overview

We are looking for a Sales and Outreach Director to help assists in creating and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy. Role will be based primarily in the building/community and significant time is devoted to working with external referral resources.
- Full Time, 80 hours per two week pay period
- Day with some early evenings, flexibility required for tours, move-in paperwork, events
- There will be weekend manager rotation as well as potential needs for tours and family visits after hours

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience required
- Aging Services of MN Sales and Marketing certificate preferred
- Three to five years similar experience preferred
