Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $40 - $49.50 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
The Ebenezer Ridges Care Center RN Charge nurse leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Burnsville, MN.
Charge nursing schedule includes;
- 64 Hours per two week pay period.
- Day shift hours; Every Other Weekend Saturday and Sunday

- Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
- Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
- Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
- Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned
Required:
- Minimum Associates RN Degree
- One to three years’ experience required
- Current MN RN license by start date
- CPR /BLS certified
Preferred:
- BSN preferred
- Three to five years experience preferred
- Previous LTC management experience preferred
Salary : $40 - $50
