What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Chef position at Ebenezer?
We are looking for a Senior Chef to join our team in Fridley, MN! This position is responsible for ensuring that meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and customer expectations. This chef leadership schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, Day/Early evening shifts
- Includes every other Weekend & Holiday rotation
- Full Benefit Eligible

Responsibilities Job Description
- Food Preparation
- Handle and prepare food in a safe manner following policies and procedures of infection control and safety
- Sanitize equipment and work area after each use
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff
Qualifications
Required:
- Approved Food Sanitation Safety Course and Certification - ServSafe (must obtain within first 90-days)
- One to three years of previous experience
- Must be 18 years old
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Food Service
