At Echelon Edge, we are looking to bring on a Full Time Customer Support Associate to join our collaborative sales and customer focused environment. As a Full Time Customer Support Associate every day brings new challenges and opportunities to support customers in their new telecommunication services. We provide our Customer Support Associate with training and career development to understand all the skills and responsibilities in this role. The Customer Support Associate will be working with our customers to access their account based on services they request for new telecommunication devices. These devices can range from wireless mobile services, internet, or even landlines if applicable. We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who is organized, detail focused, and has a passion for helping customers.
Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to identify the services they have and the interest they have in new products to best explain the benefits of our services available
- Educate customers on wireless and internet options, the best plans available, and how the set up of services works
- Build relationships with customers to be the main point of contact when they have questions, inquiries or need assistance with troubleshooting their service
- Provide excellent customer service experiences when managing accounts and being efficient with answering questions
- Undergo training and development to continuously improve skills in the role to grow in product knowledge
- Collaborate team members, executing strategic company improvement
- Track all sales orders for customers until their new product and/or service has been delivered
Customer Support Associate Qualifications:
- Having a background in customer service or sales is bonus
- Dependable and detail oriented for when working with customers and their accounts
- Ambitious with a desire to develop sales and career long skills
- Excellent time management and flexibility to work weekends as needed
- Positive attitude to work within our collaborative team environment
