This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day contact for ECHO's influencer group:
- Proactively provide direct outreach to influencer group through multiple channels and be their ECHO point of contact.
- Maintain and build relationships with group members.
- Help identify acceptable content creation on behalf of group, offering ideas as needed.
- Upload influencer content and write corresponding copy to designated website.
- Create presentations for monthly group call.
- Manage logistics for podcast.
- Work with external marketing agency to manage group.
- Conduct administrative duties to support the program, such coordinate product requests and shipments, book flights/hotel, submit expense reports on behalf of influencers when traveling for ECHO.
Be the creator, eyes and ears of ECHO’s social media:
- Have a passion for creating social content (video and copy).
- Plan, generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
- Continue to proactively bring fresh ideas that align with trends, to help elevate ECHO’s social media presence.
- Track specific campaign performance and overall social media metrics.
- Suggest and implement new projects to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
- Tailor content to align with audience demographics and business goals for each platform.
- Work with internal and external partners to help create accurate content across social channels.
- Use programs such as HubSpot to schedule content.
- Create basic social assets with Canva or similar program.
- Develop metrics reports.
Support public relations efforts:
- Help develop press releases, pitches, and other materials such as briefing documents, fact sheets, memos etc. for media distribution.
- Proactively engage with target media and grow relationships through regular outreach.
- Compile and maintain strategic, targeted media lists.
- Scan trade publications, newsletters for ECHO media coverage and industry insights.
- Monitor and report on media coverage through Meltwater.
- Assist with development, planning and implementation of marketing events.
Job Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years of related experience, exceptional writing, communication and relationship-building skills.
- This position requires high-energy, self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task, plan and execute variety of projects concurrently and think/work quickly and efficiently.
- Microsoft Office suite experience.

Basic graphic design skills for social media, such as Canva.
Travel: Must be able to travel domestically 10%.
Education: BS degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline; or work experience equivalent.
