Job Summary:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you?ll coordinate maintenance staff, oversee critical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and play a key role in creating safe, functional, and welcoming spaces for the individuals we serve. This role combines technical skill with meaningful purpose?supporting an organization that makes a lasting impact every day.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign daily maintenance tasks using our ticketing system
Perform and oversee repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Assist in renovations, contractor coordination, and safety inspections
Support, train, and lead a team of maintenance and janitorial staff
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety protocols are met
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (Technical certification or degree preferred)
5 years of maintenance experience.
Strong leadership and project coordination skills
Valid Ohio driver?s license with an insurable driving record
A heart for service and the ability to lead with integrity, kindness, and accountability
