Vice-President Operations

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Be Limited To

• Ensure efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilities for receiving, storing and distribution/transportation of products to customers.
• Drive operational efficiencies by managing metrics, including labor/scheduling productivity.
• Train and mentor staff at all levels.
• Comply with all laws and company programs.
• Promote safety and security and ensure compliance with all safety programs.
• Work with all departments to optimize financial performance.
  
  

Essential Skills And Experience

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in management role
• 5 years experience in operations, preferably in food distribution.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
