We are seeking a Commercial Litigation / Professional Liability Associate for our Wilmington, DE office that will work on a variety of commercial litigation and professional liability matters, including :
- Professional negligence
- Breach of contract
- Business torts
- Financial services
- Fraud
- Products liability
