Summary
eClerx is looking for KYC Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville. In this position you will use various resources to confirm account information and recognize the potential risk of new applicants. You will collect and review documentation to ensure records are complete and comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage to facilitate document collection and review for all clients for the Central Indexing team.
- Triage items and identify missing documents needed from the KYC team to complete the review process.
- Locate missing requirements, liaise with other teams to determine the failure point and next steps to resolve and complete the periodic KYC review.
- Build tracking mechanism to provide trending and root cause analysis for missing documents
- Establish quality review function for adherence to process and ensure accurate reporting.

- Experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
