Directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the President and the Board of Directors by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confers with President to plan business objectives, to develop organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between divisions and departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
- Participates in the preparation of short term and long-range plans and budgets based on corporate goals and growth objectives. Establishes operating policies consistent with the President’s broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution.
- Confers with management personnel and monitors Company performance in the areas of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), production and commercial activities. Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies and business objectives.
- Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations. Ensures compliance with EHS laws, regulations and Company policies. Allocates resources and personnel to meet compliance requirements. Ensure corrective actions are implemented resulting from findings of audits, inspections or evaluations.
- Maintains management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains management job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision distance vision and color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
