Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at EcoSure Insurance. In this role, you will serve as a vital communication link between our company and our clients, addressing inquiries, guiding them through our insurance offerings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding our insurance products, services, and claims process
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently through active listening and problem-solving
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM for tracking and follow-up purposes
• Educate clients on policy details, coverage options, and potential upgrades to meet their needs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or insurance is a plus
• Previous experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage conflict with poise
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and empathy towards clients' needs
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
