The position will lead the EcoGEM business along with an executive role with parent company, Good Earth Minerals, LLC.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a proven executive with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale a business in the mineral-based solutions sector. The ideal candidate possesses:
· A robust network within agriculture, soil and water remediation, and related industries
· A track record of successfully building and leading high-performance teams
· A passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to creating lasting impact
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a strategic vision for EcoGEM’s continued growth and market expansion
· Lead all aspects of operations, including product development, sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing
· Drive revenue growth by expanding distribution channels and forging strategic partnerships
· Oversee financial management, capital allocation, budgeting & forecasting
· Build and cultivate a winning culture focused on innovation, execution, and sustainability
· Represent EcoGEM with investors, regulators, and industry stakeholders
· Ensure operational excellence while maintaining EcoGEM’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
· 20 years of leadership experience in industrial minerals, agriculture, environmental solutions, or a related industry
· International experience a plus
· Strong financial acumen
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to business growth
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing business landscape
