Job Summary
As administrative and personal assistant, youll become the right-hand person to the owner and president of a 25-person company.
The ideal candidate for this position must be highly organized, detail oriented, good at multi-tasking, have a positive, can-do attitude, and able to perform tasks in the exact manner requested. Our administrative assistant must be computer savvy and familiar with posting on various social media platforms, as well as comfortable communicating by phone, in writing, and electronically, with vendors, clients, subcontractors and employees.
Responsibilities
Executive Support - Your primary responsibility will be to support our company president, managing aspects of his daily work routine, including his business and personal calendars, keeping him on task, taking the lead on special projects, organizing meetings, event planning, registering him for conferences, making travel arrangements, as well as taking charge of correspondence and phone inquiries.
Front Office - In this role, youll become acquainted with our FedEx, UPS, mail, and product delivery personnel, will greet visitors, and be the point of contact for any building improvement crews, including our cleaning and landscaping crews.
Office Management Responsibilities include keeping track of and ordering office supplies, taking the lead on office projects, and keeping the kitchen and refrigerator clean and organized.
