2nd Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, with occasional overtimeSystems Operator Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience $0.75 shift differential
Core Essentials:
Safety & Team Coordination:
Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
Machine Operations:
Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
Training & Cross-Training:
Participate in regular training sessions
Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities
Systems Operator Essential Experiences:
High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experience
Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
Salary : $18
