What will I be doing in this position?
Additional Service Technicians handle installs of our additional services, which include:
- Termite, mosquito, insulation, exclusion, German roach, rodent and wildlife removal, flea/tick and bed bug treatments.
- Performing indoor and outdoor applications for customers, including working on ladders, roofs, attics, crawl spaces, ect.
- Interacting with customers, being detail-oriented while delivering top-notch customer service
- Following scheduled routes, communicating with office staff and managers and maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Maintaining equipment, vehicle, and personal safety equipment in clean and working order.
- Utilizing technology to manage appointments and maintain customer records.

- Regular written and verbal communication required
- Regular standing, walking and sitting
- Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, often lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Regular work in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and occasion exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
- Low to moderate noise level
Am I qualified for this position? You are if you have the following:
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Possess an active driver's license with a clean driving record (must pass our Motor Vehicle Records check and be 21 years of age to qualify for our company vehicle insurance)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and a criminal background check
- Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, job site, ladder, roof and training
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, some Saturdays, and some holidays
- Must earn and maintain state-required training and licensing (provided)
Strong consideration will be given to the candidates who:
- Have experience and are comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces and on roofs
- OSHA certified on ladder safety
- Have working knowledge and understanding of construction
- Have basic handy skills and experience working with ladders and power tools
- Have experience installing and removing insulation
- Have a pest control license and/or experience working in pest control
