About the Role

EcoView is seeking a hands-on Event Marketing Manager to lead our field event marketing efforts and supervise an event marketing team. This role focuses on representing the EcoView brand at community events, home shows, retail locations, and local partnerships — engaging homeowners, educating them on our products, and generating qualified appointments for our Design Consultants.

This is a working manager role with hourly base pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities. The Event Marketing Manager actively works events alongside the team while overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, performance tracking, and execution of event marketing initiatives.

The Event Marketing Manager reports directly to ownership or designated leadership and collaborates closely with sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Field Event Marketing & Lead Generation

• Actively participate in home shows, fairs, festivals, retail locations, and community events
• Engage homeowners, communicate EcoView’s value, and schedule qualified appointments
• Represent the EcoView brand professionally and consistently in the field

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop event marketing team members
• Lead by example at events and coach team members on engagement and lead-generation best practices
• Support a positive, accountable, performance-driven team culture

Event Execution

• Evaluate, select, and staff local marketing events
• Manage setup, breakdown, and on-site execution of event displays
• Oversee event marketing materials, equipment, and inventory

Community Outreach & Partnerships

• Support localized retail partnerships and community outreach initiatives
• Assist leadership with sponsorships and regional marketing programs

Reporting & Organization

• Track leads, appointments, and basic event performance metrics
• Maintain organized records of events, schedules, and materials

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience in field marketing, lead generation, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners and the public
• Self-starter with the ability to lead and motivate others in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during live events
• Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings
• Ability to travel locally within assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to transport event displays and marketing materials
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly base pay: $24–$26/hour (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual and team results
• Non-exempt / overtime eligible
• Mileage reimbursement for travel to events
• Full-time, event-based schedule (primarily weekends)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
