Position Summary
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for drafting/preparing and for the relationship management of assigned contracts. As the Contracts Administrator, you will manage the contract lifecycle for all levels of contracts (pre-award, award, post-award) using working knowledge of contracting concepts, and applicable law.
Primary Task Includes
Providing knowledgeable support of the procurement and contracting functions to ensure the procurement function and the contract review, approval and execution is in accordance with corporate policies.
Ability to draft/prepare and review routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications and may also analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations.
Prepares, organizes, and maintains contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance. May conduct research to support contract audit and/or contracting trends.
Key liaison between external vendors or contractors and organizational stakeholders.
Assists with transition to and maintenance of new contract management system.

- Bachelors degree or higher.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- 40 hours per week
- Remote
- Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
