Ed Martin Auto Credit is growing again! We're looking for and experienced collections agent for our Buy Here Pay Here business. If you are looking for a fun, fast paced environment in a beautiful workplace, look no further!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to dealership and transfer accordingly.
- Receive and receipt account payments.
- Actively monitor all Buy Here Pay Here accounts to ensure good standing.
- Coordinate and execute daily collections action plan with Sales Manager.
- Coordinate customer service appointments.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to act appropriately under pressure
