EFE’s Treasury Team is looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Treasury Analyst, who has excellent attention to detail, can work cross functionally and independently to help the Senior Manager of Treasury manage day-to-day liquidity, approve payments, collect and process data for insurance, and improve the Treasury function. Responsibilities Will Include

• Help manage cash and short-term investments portfolios
• Prepare materials for BOD meetings and senior management
• Prepare weekly cash reports for Treasurer/CFO
• Process electronic wire payments with a high rate of accuracy
• Own bank account and bank portal administration, and updating signature authority as needed
• Assist with treasury related financial modeling
• Collect data for insurance renewal
• Process Certificates of Insurance
• Support ad-hoc analysis
• Support internal/external audit requirements, ensure efficiency of SOX controls, and maintain compliance with policies

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in Corporate Treasury
• Strong modeling skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel) a plus
• Experience with PNC Pinacle or other treasury systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle several projects simultaneously.
• Must have good verbal and written skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under stringent deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
