Positon Summary
This position requires routine work in rigging up and down and operation of the cement pump equipment and various other equipment involved in the plug and abandonment process as assigned to a mobile business unit. Demonstrates safe work practices and the ability to work in a team environment while possessing the ability to follow instructions safely and efficiently.
Maintains proper DOT logging to include accurate and current drivers log reporting utilizing electronic communication.
Performs pre-trip and post trip inspections and notifies supervisor of any defects in tractor or equipment.
Performs operation of pumping equipment and preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Knowledge of cement mixing processes and experience operating cement pumping equipment.
Familiarity with SPM/SERVA twin pump triplex cementers preferred but not required.
Ability to perform various tasks involved with plugging and abandoning of oil and gas wells utilizing coil tubing.
Able to work a 14/7 rotational work schedule primarily in the West Texas, Eastern New Mexico, and Northern Louisiana territories.
