Job Title: Lead Assortment & Demand Planner
Location: Hybrid – Beaverton, OR
Pay Rate: $45.33/hr
Duration: 11 Months (Aug 2025 – Jul 2026)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Assortment & Demand Planner to support the Jordan Brand for the APLA region. This role will focus on creating and managing end-to-end merchandise plans, including pre-season planning, in-season forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal style-color level plans and rolling forecasts
- Partner with Merch Planning, Finance, and Marketplace teams
- Analyze sales, margin, and inventory data to optimize performance
- Support buy strategies, inventory flow, and aging inventory management
- Present insights and drive decision-making based on analytics
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in retail planning or demand forecasting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with brick-and-mortar planning and global markets
- Bachelor's degree preferred
