We have your RECIPE FOR SUCCESS at Edgewood! Our Fruitland community is currently seeking a positive, customer service minded individual to join our team as the Dining Services Director (DSD). As the DSD at Edgewood, you'll play an integral role in serving up joy, fulfillment, and smiles to our residents each day, three times a day! Plus, who doesn't enjoy creating and serving a delicious meal and being recognized for your talents in the kitchen?
In this role at Edgewood, you would be responsible for providing a nutritious and pleasant dining experience to our residents, their families, staff, and guests through the preparation and distribution of quality food. You would supervise day-to-day activities of all dining staff, follow proper food handling controls and documentation to comply with regulations, assist in planning and carrying out of food preparation and delivery for events, and assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of dining staff.

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current ServSafe certification.
- Certified Food Protection Manager, preferred.
- Hands on experience in managing dining with a background in long-term care or health care a plus.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
