We are looking for an External Marketing Director to join our team that has experience in marketing to executives, social workers, physicians, community leaders, and other referral sources. Preference given to experience gained through in skilled nursing and long term care business development.
In this role you will:
- Understand and Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for 2 skilled Nursing Facilities with a combined 167 beds.
- Interact with community leaders ad referral sources to drive business and census development.
- Work with other healthcare organizations to assist in the referral and admission process.
- Understand the admission requirements and complete paperwork as needed to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Work with patients and families to provide necessary information to ease their decision making process for short term rehabilitation or long term care.
- Market the services of the campus to the Tri-State area and create meaningful relationships with referral sources.
Qualifications:
BA in Communications, Social Services, or Nursing Preferred.
Experience in Long Term Care Preferred.
Marketing/Public Relations Experience Preferred.
